Merge down

Paint with the light color

Paste as a new layer
Colorize according to your colors

Copy the main tube
Paste as a new layer
Position according to the model
Copy the decorative tubes
Paste as a new layer
Position on the other side or as you prefer
Drop Shadow of your choice on the tubes
Borders: 2px / black
50px / dark color
Select this border with the Magic Wand (tolerance/feather=0)
Add a new layer
Paint with the light color
Layers / New Mask layer / From image / Mask [angelagmn25]

Merge group
Effects / User Defined Filter / Emboss 3

Selections / Invert
Drop Shadow: 10 10 60 10 black
Repeat the Drop Shadow with negative V and H
Select none
Border: 2px / black
Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen
Place the signatures
Merge all
